FTLF-5 Long-Term Crack Monitoring System (Intelligent Crack Monitor)
I. Product Introduction
The FTLF-5 intelligent crack monitor is used for long-term fixed-point monitoring and recording of key crack changes at heights and in hard-to-reach structural locations. This monitor can independently and continuously measure and record the change process of cracks over a period of time as well as the change value of the external ambient temperature, so as to clearly reflect the change trend of the crack.
The built-in battery of the instrument can record crack change data for more than 6 months at a time. The USB interface allows downloading of stored crack width values to terminals such as handheld PDAs or computers at any time, and the supporting software will draw the development trend curve of the crack.
II. Performance Features
1.Integrates crack sensor, temperature sensor, measuring instrument and memory;
2.Designed for outdoor use, with good sealing and a sturdy and durable instrument casing. Once set and started, no manual intervention is required;
3.The displacement sensor can be installed once on cracks in hard-to-reach areas or at heights. Its measurement/recording part is connected by a cable to a position close to the ground or easy to access, which facilitates subsequent manual operations such as parameter setting, real-time data viewing, data downloading and battery replacement;
4.The built-in memory of the measurement/recording part can record the crack width change data for a long time;
5.The standard USB interface facilitates direct downloading of recorded data to handheld PDAs or computer terminals, and the data setting, collection and analysis software is simple and practical.
